Please note: We are unable to process international orders at this time.
We try to process all orders within 72 hours of reciept of the correct payment for your order. If there is a delay or backorder we will notify you. All orders are shipped via USPS, FEDEX, or UPS. You will receive a confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped, if it available for the service used.
By default we ship light orders usps priorty and heavier orders Fedex Home Delivery. If you cannot recieve such carriers please contact us prior to placing an order, or imediately after placing an order.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 14 days. All products to be returned must be in new, usued condition due to the nature of the products we carry.
We will only accept returns based on the following:
1. The item is in its original package (including any instructions) which must also be in new condition. We cannot accept returns on items that been used. For electronic item defects, you will need to contact the manufacturer. If you need that information, please contact us.
2. If you need to return an item, contact us by e-mail or mail and obtain a Return Authorization Number. We will need your name, receipt/sales number, your purchase information and how to contact you.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice or receipt as proof of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit refund. You are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Damage
If your items have been damaged during shipping, you must contact the shipping provider to report the claim. Please notify us of the damaged items as well.
