F.A.Q.

Question:
When I try to pay with Paypal I am asked to add a new credit card, after which I am asked again to add a new credit card. Why am I unable to send paypment?

Answer:
Paypal requires that the "Primary Address"(Billing/Shipping) listed with us match a CONFIRMED Billing address of a credit card on file with Paypal. This problem can usually be eliminated by following the procedure below.

1) Login to Paypal and verify what you have listed as the CONFIRMED Billing address for the credit card you are attempting to use on our site.

2) Login to HappyPetsHappyPeople.com and view the your addresses listed. This can be done at the url below or by logging into happypetshappypeople.com, clicking the "My Account" button, and the "View or change entries in my address book" link. This will display your address book.

a) If you only have one address listed make sure it matches the CONFIRMED BILLING address on your paypal account. Then proceed through checkout and verify that your shipping and billing address match your CONFIRMED Paypal address.
b) If you have more than one address listed the address matching your billing address of your credit card MUST be marked as the Primary Address. Once your Paypal CONFIRMED billing address is set at primary proceed through the checkout procedure making sure the shipping and billing address also match your Paypal Confirmed address.
